These Terms of Service apply to the Cellsavers Mart website and purchases made from Cellsavers Mart.

The website is operated by CELLSAVERS LLC.

By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to place an order independently.

Customers under 18 may use the website only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.

By placing an order, you confirm that your information is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

3. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, prices, specifications, images and availability information are accurate.

Product colours may appear differently depending on device settings. Packaging may change without materially changing the product.

If we discover a material listing or pricing error, we may contact you to offer correction, cancellation or a refund.

4. Dropshipping and Fulfilment

We work with third-party suppliers, manufacturers, warehouses and fulfilment partners.

Products may be dispatched directly from different fulfilment locations. Products included in the same order may arrive separately.

Your purchase contract remains with CELLSAVERS LLC, operating as Cellsavers Mart. Our use of a third-party fulfilment partner does not transfer our customer-service obligations to that partner.

5. Prices and Taxes

Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website.

Applicable shipping charges, sales tax and other required charges will be displayed before payment is submitted where applicable.

Prices may change without notice. A price change will not affect an accepted order unless the listing contained an obvious error.

6. Orders and Acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase products from us.

An automatic order-confirmation email acknowledges receipt but does not necessarily constitute final acceptance.

We may refuse or cancel an order where:

• A product is unavailable;

• Payment is not authorized;

• Fraud or unauthorized activity is reasonably suspected;

• Delivery restrictions apply;

• Customer information is materially incomplete or inaccurate; or

• There is an obvious pricing or listing error.

If we cancel an order after collecting payment, the affected payment will be refunded.

Payment must be successfully authorized before fulfilment.

Payments may be processed by Shopify or another authorized payment provider. Those providers may conduct fraud, identity and security checks.

You agree to provide accurate and current billing information.

8. Shipping and Delivery

Processing, delivery, tracking and fulfilment information is explained in our Shipping and Delivery Policy.

If we cannot ship within the promised period, customers will be provided the options required under applicable law.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates unless a guaranteed service is expressly stated.

9. Cancellation, Returns and Refunds

Order cancellation, return and refund conditions are explained in our Cancellation Policy and Refund and Returns Policy.

A cancellation request is not confirmed until approved in writing.

10. Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotions and discount codes:

• Must be used within the stated period;

• May be limited to selected products or customers;

• Cannot be exchanged for cash;

• Cannot normally be combined unless expressly stated; and

• May be cancelled where fraud, misuse or a technical error is reasonably suspected.

Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials.

Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

We may suspend an account where reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, security issues or misuse.
